East Eagles Endowment Fund Establishes an Investment Committee

Our Board of Directors is pleased to announce the establishment of the East Eagles Endowment Fund Investment Committee. The Investment Committee has been tasked with the fiduciary care of the Endowment to ensure the continued prosperity and financial management of the tremendous donations we have received so far from our wonderful donors.

The committee consists of Guy Carbone, Eric DiFiore ‘05, Ed Fitzgerald ‘02, Nick Greenbacker ‘08, Marty Kearns ‘73, and Jeff Strole. For biographies related to Guy Carbone, Jeff Strole and Eric DiFiore, please visit our Board of Directors page for more information.

Ed Fitzgerald  is a certified public accountant and a certified financial planner.  He graduated from Trinity College where he was a member of the basketball team.  He received his Masters in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University.  Ed is currently an accountant with Nicola, Yester, and Company in Glastonbury.

Nick Greenbacker has been an Investment Principal at Boston-based Partners Capital since 2013.  His current focus is exclusively on client portfolio management.  Nick earned his Bachelors and his MBA at Sacred Heart University where he played basketball as well. Nick is a CFA charterholder.

Marty Kearns is a Senior Vice-President with UBS Financial Services.  Marty graduated from Colgate University.  He is the proud father of two East Catholic alums – Pat ‘07 and Courtney ‘16.
